Leased Housing

The bargaining agent sought an interpretation as to whether leased housing comes under the Living Accommodation Charges Directive. The interpretation also sought interpretation of the Directive in regard to a specific instance and a specific employee.

The Administrative Committee considered and agreed with the report of the Rental of
Government Housing Committee in that Crown owned housing and Crown leased housing; both come under the auspices of the Living Accommodation Charges Directive.
