The National Joint Council (NJC) is pleased to offer a training session entitled “Demystifying the NJC Grievance Process.”
This training has been designed for Departmental, Agency and Bargaining Agent Labour Relations Advisors to provide a better understanding of NJC operations and its impact on the public service, as well as to offer comprehensive details on the NJC grievance process. It is our hope that the training will provide you with the tools you need to feel prepared prior to coming to an NJC grievance hearing, in addition to an opportunity to ask questions.
Please note that this training is intended for Labour Relations Advisors who are less experienced with the NJC grievance process.
