The grievor sought reinstatement of environmental allowance at level 3 for Queen Charlotte City.
The Administrative Committee considered and agreed with the report of the Isolated Posts Commit tee in that the employee had been treated within the intent of the directives.
The review had resulted in the following point allocation to the location:

It was noted that during the review Queen Charlotte City lost 5 points due to increase in population.
The grievance was denied.
