FSD 48 - Other Leave

    • Directive48.1 Application48.1.1 The deputy head may grant more leave for family-related responsibilities or bereavement than a collective agreement or other authority permits for a similar situation if, in the opinion of management, its occurrence at a post imposes hardship beyond that which would occur in Canada. However, not more than eight additional days may be granted under this directive in respect of any one circumstance.
