The Union-Management Relations Committee reviews the organization of the NJC, recommends NJC training activities and provides planning and organization for union-management seminars.

Quarterly Report to the National Joint Council (December 2025)
Regular Activities:
- The Committee has met two (2) times since the last Council meeting.
- The Committee wishes to note the departure of Employer Side representatives François Payeur, from Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions, and Isabella Tirelli, from Transport Canada and to thank them for their contributions to the Committee.
- The Committee received the results of the participant survey conducted following the learning and networking event held on September 24, 2025. Results were positive with 80% of respondents indicating they found the event to be informative and a valuable learning opportunity. 96% of respondents expressed a desire for the NJC to host additional events.
- The Committee continues to plan a webinar for the operational-level labour relations community on union-management relationships and best practices in the new year. The Committee is in the process of identifying panelists for the discussion.
