The Work Force Adjustment Committee reviews and recommends changes to the Work Force Adjustment Directive and hears final level grievances on this directive, when required by the Executive Committee.

Quarterly Report to the National Joint Council (March 2026)
Regular activities:
- The Committee has met once (1) since the last Council meeting.
- The Committee wishes to note the departure of a Bargaining Agent Side representative, François Paradis, from the Canadian Association of Professional Employees (CAPE) and to thank them for their contributions to the Committee.
- The Committee continues to review the PSC Monthly Priority Population Reports.
Cyclical review activities:
- The opting call results were presented to the Executive Committee at their January meeting.
- The Committee received training on the cyclical review process and co-development activities are underway.
Outstanding items:

- One (1) related to the roles and responsibilities of Departments or organizations and is in analysis.
