The Work Force Adjustment Committee reviews and recommends changes to the Work Force Adjustment Directive and hears final level grievances on this directive, when required by the Executive Committee.

Quarterly Report to the National Joint Council (June 2026)
Regular Activities
- The Committee has met two (2) times since the last Council meeting;
- The Committee welcomed a new Bargaining Agent Side representative, Raphaëlle Laframboise-Carignan, from the Association of Justice Counsel;
- The Committee continues to review the PSC Monthly Priority Population Reports.
Cyclical Review Activities
- The Committee received the mandate letter from the General Secretary to begin co-development activities. The Committee met one (1) additional time for co-development activities.
