Therefore, the Pesticides Directive (currently Part X) and the Motor Vehicles Directive (currently Part XVI) are now amalgamated.The NJC Occupational Health and Safety Directive ("the OHS Directive") contains enhancements to the Canada Labour Code Part II ("the Code") [http://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/acts/L-2/page-53.html#h-46].
