Public Service Health Care Plan Overview

The Public Service Health Care Plan reimburses participants for expenses incurred for a comprehensive array of medical services and products as defined in the Plan Document (effective July 1, 2023). For the Plan Document in effect until June 30, 2023 please consult: Plan Document.

The Public Service Health Care Plan is jointly managed by the Administration Authority, to which members are appointed by the three PSHCP parties:

• The Bargaining Agents of the National Joint Council
• The Federal Superannuates National Association
• Treasury Board of Canada

Please note that the NJC does not have access to your personal file, therefore, we are not able to make changes to your coverage.
