The Relocation Committee reviews the Relocation Directive and hears final level grievances on this authority, when required by the Executive Committee. The Committee also recommends changes to various rates and premiums on a periodic basis.

Quarterly Report to the National Joint Council (June, July and August 2026)
Regular activities:
- The Committee has met three (3) times since the last Council meeting.
- The Committee wishes to note the departure of a Bargaining Agent Side representative, Marie-Claude Chartier, from the Canadian Association of Professional Employees (CAPE), and to thank them for their contributions to the Committee.
- The Committee welcomed a new Bargaining Agent Side representative, Josianne Drouin, from CAPE.
Cyclical review activities:
The Committee continued cyclical review discussions during regularly scheduled committee meetings and met three (3) additional times for co-development activities. As discussions and the co-development of revisions to the Directive are ongoing, the Committee requested an extension to the review deadline. The request has been referred to the Executive Committee for consideration at its September meeting.
Outstanding items:
Three (3) grievances:
- One (1) related to Real Estate Commission entitlements has been referred to the Executive Committee at their September meeting.
- One (1) related to the Personalized Fund is scheduled to be heard in October.
- One (1) related to relocation and associated provisions (leave) is in analysis.
