Appendix A – Maximum Loan Amount - Section 10.2

Effective Date: April 1, 2025

In accordance with subsection 10.2.1 of this directive, the maximum amount of the posting loan, effective April 1, 2025, is $55,052 or up to 50% of the employee's gross annual salary in effect at the time the loan is approved, whichever is the lesser.

Note: The dollar amount shall be adjusted annually on April 1^st in accordance with the methodology agreed to by the NJC FSD Committee and as described in the Guide to Rates and Allowances – Foreign Service Directives.
